We are looking for staff representation on the 2008-2009 School Advisory Committee (SAC), if you are interested in serving on this committee representing the parents of GVA please e-mail the chaire of SAC to let her know you are interested.

The School Advisory Committee’s Main Function is to Measure the School’s/Children’s Performance and provide input on this progress to the Administration and Board.  

The 2008-2009 School Advisory Committee Kick-off/Informational Meeting will be held at GVA on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, beginning at 6:30pm.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following:

• Goals, objectives, and responsibilities of the SAC Committee
• Proposed Committee Structure
• Open Forum for Questions and Answers
