Elena Balandina - President - Ms. Balandina has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Balandina has served eleven years in the capacity of Financial and Logistics Specialist. Her formal education in finances includes training in both Russia and the United States. She earned an M.B.A. at Virginia Commonwealth University with a concentration in Finances. She is the Director of the Russian Center, a culture and language heritage school in the north Denver area.
Matthew Greene - Vice President - Mr. Greene has served as a Software Engineer for 15 years. His experience has been in the networking and data storage areas. His work has provided him many leadership opportunities with cross functional teams on embedded software development projects, as well as individual contributions. Timeliness and quality have been consistent features within his software development work.
Evelin Gomez- Secretary - Ms. Gomez is a Diversity Specialist at Children's Hospital in Denver. Dr. Evelin Gomez is a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Professional Counselor who has been providing therapeutic services to a diverse group of children, adolescents, families, adults, and couples with a variety of issues for over 13 years. She is currently a Faculty Instructor with the University of Colorado Denver in the Department of Pediatrics with the Kempe Center. As a program manager with North Range Behavioral Health, she implemented an Integrated Behavioral Health Care program in a pediatric clinic. She is also an adjunct faculty for the University of Northern Colorado's College of Education and Behavioral Sciences.
Carlos Escobar - Director. Mr. Escobar is the Broker Owner of CORE Services, a Real Estate company that has as its specific goal to provide a level of service for its customers that is higher than can be achieved by its competitors. He has been a Top Performer at his previous firm, Harvest Realty II. In addition, his experience includes originating FHA Government loans as a loan officer at J.P. Morgan Chase.
Kirk Loadman-Copeland - Director - klc1u@msn.com Kirk Loadman-Copeland has served as a minister of Unitarian Universalist congregations for 17 years following a 15 year career in business. He is a founding member of GVA-Aurora (2005) and serves as President of the Board. His skills include organizational development, strategic planning, marketing, grant writing, and governance. He has two daughters at GVA-Aurora in the Mandarin Village.
