  • Registration forms, scholarship applications, and payment are due no later than Wednesday, August 4, 2010.
  • Please give all forms and payment to the front desk.
  • Checks will not be cashed until after the classes start so you can post-date your check to Aug16.
  • Classes end the week of December 6-10.  There will be no classes the last week of school.
  • You may pay the Village Square price if your child normally goes to Village Square after-care on that day of the week.
  • Classes which don’t meet the minimum number of students will be cancelled.  You will be notified before class starts if you will NOT be in the class.  If you are not notified and you made your payment in time your position in the class is secure.
  • No refunds will be given for classes missed by student.
  • NO CASH will be accepted.  Personal check, money order, bank check, or cashier’s check only.
